"THE STORM"

There is a storm that rages,
It rages all around us.
At times we must take shelter,
From the storm that rages.

You make seek shelter from the
Storm at your home,
You may seek shelter from the
Storm or even under a tree.

But there is a storm that rages
Within us in some greater than
Any storm from nature.

That storm rages at times,
Completely out of control.

That storm goes by many names
Abuse, depression, lonleyness,
Personal loss, heartache, being
Overwhelmend by things that
Are out of our control. Diseases
Such as bipolar, depression, loss
Of self worth.

Do not fret, or give up there is
Shelter from the storm for you ,
All you have to do is ask. Ask ???

Yes !! And never give up until you
Find the help you need, many may
Find it in pills, some may find it
In work, But you will always find
The shelter that you need from
The storm in the arms of those who
Truly love us.

Not the pretenders,
The ones that want to be your friend
Only when the sun shines. Find that
Special person who would rather
Be the stars that shine down on you
In your darkest times.

We call them friend, lover, or even
Just a kind stranger who is there at
The right time.

May we all find shelter from our
Storms that rage inside.

If you are ever at a
Loss as to who that person is... it is
