Hey guys!

So we couldn’t be more excited to fill you in on all the plans for our new record!  Youre going to have to be patient because its going to take a while for it to reach stores, but we promise it will be worth the wait!  For now, check out a BRAND NEW pre-production demo that’s up on our myspace.  Go check it out and tell your friends.  You can also download it for free at www.purevolume.com/acityserene so go do that!

So, we’ve been hard at work writing, and after touring this summer, we will be heading out to Ocala, Florida to record our debut full-length with producer Tom Denney from A Day To Remember!  We will be out there from October 4^th – November 8^th writing the rest of the record with him as well as recording it at Diamond Studio’s.  Expect the first mixes back around the end of the year, and in the Spring of 2011 we will be releasing a 10 song full-length.  Were still working out details, but were hoping to get it out through most major retailers and stores, so hopefully this time next year you will be able to cruise out to Best Buy or Hot Topic and pick up the record…that the goal.

Expect a record that will be surprisingly heavy, but at the same time extremely melodic, catchy, and pretty popped up!  We couldn’t be more excited about this and we hope you are too!  Tom has been hard at work writing and helping produce, not only A Day To Remember, but bands like Confide, The Word Alive, We Are The In Crowd, and many more and we have already been sending him the pre-pro demos so we will be prepared when we get out there to work with him.
