Teaching and educating musicians is her passion and a major part of her platform is to empower artists to take charge and get into action around their own online marketing.     Christina Duren, started her music career as an intern at Island Def Jam where she spent a year in the Radio and Promotions/Publicity department. At IDJ she worked with Mariah Carey, Rihanna and Ne-Yo. From there she took her first real job at Shore Fire Media working campaigns for The Roots, and Heineken Red Star Soul Tour. Stefan Malliet, joined the Ariel Publicity family nearly three years ago, he did so with a wealth of experience in Entertainment, Fashion and Sports marketing and publicity. In addition, Stefan has extensive experience in record label operations, music publishing and event management.In his capacity as our Publicity Director, Stefan is responsible for video promotions, film licensing, and special projects. He washeavily involved in the music scene in the college town of Harrisonburg, VA, through his participation in various music business classes, and also as the vocalist of his own band from 2007-2009 (over +50 shows played in VA). Throughout his college experience, Christopher gathered an appreciation of how to fuse psychology, music, social media, and marketing to promote aspiring artists. Christopher interned at Ariel Publicity during the summer of 2009 and was hired as the company’s Marketing Director soon after.
