Blackout Records began as a promotional concept to expand nationally and internationally the underground music movement in Costa Rica with the intentions of organizing and strengthening the industry and movement throughout Central and South America. Our main goal is generating a record label for a music scene that precedes anything ever before seen. Blackout Records artists will tour and perform at venues in locations throughout Central and South America bringing the underground movement to life, as well as promoting Blackout Records. .... Blackout Records begins when Raymond “Rayzinni” Rodriguez CEO of Rayzinni Entertainment a company dedicated to the production and promotion of music events, realized the potential to expand and promote the underground music movement of Costa Rica. Blackout Records was born from the idea of having an established record label in Costa Rica, a record label with positive, motivated, dedicated individuals who have a strong desire and passion for music and want there music to be heard everywhere. With this being said Raymond Rodriguez went out and recruited the best individuals in the industry who possess and display the same desire and passion for music to assist in the management and development of Blackout Records. Blackout board of directors is Ileana Echandi (PR), Eddy “One Plug” Gamboa from Billy The Kid, Marcos Monnerat from TMIC and Nada and Andrea Fernandez as the Art Director for Blackout Records. Three individuals are lead singers for some of Costa Rica’s dominant bands in the underground movement and every member possesses an extensive background within the music industry.
