About me:
Hello, my name is Charlie. I take photographs, I listen to music, and I drink beer."...they walked away with things of mine they never needed. I won't soon regain those and, even if I do, they'll never be just mine anymore.
Born in South America to loving parents, raised in the streets of New York City, attended Boy Scout meetings in NYPD precincts as a child, trained in the U.S. Marine Corps where I served honorably 8 years, a proud product of the public school system through college, having earned a degree in Political Science (International Relations), living in a little house on just about half an acre in Stafford, Virginia, and working for a great company as a Security Engineer, I have much to be grateful for. I shoot photographs, I listen to music, I love my family, and I love my friends. I am no one without them.
Should you need to contact me, you can leave me a message on here, or you can e-mail me at charlie@botreephotography.com.
"Fill my heart with song and let me sing forever more. You...are all I long for, all I worship, and adore. In other words...please be true. In other words...I love you." Frank Sinatra
"One is enough
One glance
is enough to capture a heart
One touch
is enough to hold a life
One word
is enough to stop hate
One kiss
is enough to find what was lost
One gesture
is enough to give faith to another
One day
is enough to change our world forever
One person
is enough to help mankind
One flower
is enough to color our souls
One whisper is enough to raise the voices of hundreds
One is enough"

Who I'd like to meet:
YOU, Ansel Adams, Anton Corbijn, Siddhartha Gautama, Peter Gabriel and Bono. I like people who smile and help others smile. I don't care what's hanging between your legs or off your chest. I really don't differentiate. Good is good, love is love, and skin is skin. As long as you're happy and you're not hurting anyone, it's all good in my book. We each have a story to tell and I'd like to hear yours. And I won't judge you the way so many religious hypocrits out there who profess to love but instead are filled with ignorance and hatred already judge us all. So, yeah, I'm open to meeting anyone, really. It doesn't matter to me what your race, creed, religion, gender, sexual preference, sleeping habits, musical style, or shoe size are; if you're a good person and you treat people kindly (including and especially strangers and those whose acquaintance cannot benefit you in any way), then I'd like to meet you. So, feel free to contact me, say hi, add me as a friend, and let's go from there :)Details
