Unfortunately, we broke up. Peoples had to make moves and stay out of trouble but we are in better positions now and although we're bummed the dream is over, we're going to remember the frequent good times and our friends from tour & tally. Call For Fire ended around February of this year. We had a sweet run and met alot of great friends along the way. Check out our new bands and keep the good times rolling!
RJ and Chris are now in a band with members of Hopesick called Chilled Monkey Brains, Kurt and Trace are in a band with Duck called Joystick out of NOLA. Mike is currently in The In Crowd. Smooches!
Call For Fire wants to make you skank. The bastard son of mid 90's politico punk and two tone angst, CFF has had a rough road to their current state. Made up of 6 diverse musicians whose backgrounds range from punk bands to first chair jazz students, the bands sound becomes somewhat hard to categorize. For almost three years and through countless line-up changes, CFF has been acclimating and contorting a psuedostlye unparalleled in florida ska-core. CFF is: Rod Branton - guitar, Mike Tokars- bass, Rejean (RJ) L'Heureux - drums/vox, Raphael L'Heureux - trumpet/vox, Chris Welch - trombone/vox, Trace Barfield - trumpet and Kurt Pilgrim - tenor sax.
