    Welcome to my little space on the vast web - I am here to be able to chat with my friends and it is a great place to get photos and video out to my family and friends - and much quicker than snail mail and more fun than handwriting!

    Christian is my preference - I love country and do love to dance, but what you will find me listening too at school, in my classroom, in the car or at home is K-Love. The band which I play in is predominately Christian as well with a southern country flair and we are known to play a few country songs as well.

    I can say that there will be nothing in the television section as we do not watch. The children are allowed, very very small amounts - and other than the family movie - we prefer to indulge in other things! And after some time it was wonderful to see that even the children do not miss watching the television!

    A huge fan of Alex Cross - James Patterson books; also enjoy a multitude of other things - Beth Moore is a huge favorite, and on lazy Sundays when I just want to sit on the swing in the back porch and read - the Corpus Christi Caller Times.

About me:

I have been blessed to have found my best friend, and then fortunate enough to have found, he felt the same. We were married in December 2006 and share the love, joy and pride of raising 4 beautiful and amazing children. Family is the most important and rewarding job we have and so we spend as much time being together as we can. This includes not only our immediate family but our Church family as well. We BBQ - ok, ok - Beau BBQ's and I just indulge in it! We enjoy updating and upgrading our family home - or should I say, I come up with "great projects" and my loving husband helps me complete those! :) As a family we spend as much time together as possible - for time is short and we try to make the most of what we have.

Who I'd like to meet:

It is more not a "who would I Like to meet" but rather "I look forward to one day meeting God!" Any others on the list - I am a nut for the oldies - everything from the old black and white movies to the nostalgic music - so I would say I would have loved to have met Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra. If you are looking for someone still living - I would very much enjoy meeting Beth Moore. I am lucky I will be attending her Living Proof event so at least I will get to hear her in person and enjoy a weekend with my mother-in-law - a woman I am fortunate to have met and have in my life.
