People who are not afraid to speak their mind! Here is phrase that maybe you never really thought about.."Do unto others as you want done unto you". Take a moment to think about what that really means. It's okay to LOVE your pets. They LOVE you unconditionally...

Back to our ROOTS..The story of how we came to be!!!!

PAWS FOR A CAUSE successfully pulled off their first ANNUAL CHARITY EVENT that will donate money to local residents in Los Angeles county who are hit with EMERGENCY VET BILLS. We help SAVE pets LIVES! This years event was named "Cha-ching For Cha-Cha" after our mascot and REASON this charity came to be!

How is all got started: Cha-Ching for Cha-Cha SPRANG to life after my own 10 lb dog, Cha-cha Bella tripped as she was jumping off of our bed. She broke both of the bones in her front leg and dislocated her wrist.

This led to emergency surgery & vet bills of over $3800. This amount was staggering to us, but what choice did we really have? We LOVE our dog.

The vet did give us options... Euthanization, Amputation or costly surgery.

This situation forced us to get a loan to cover as much of the bill as we could through a program called CARE CREDIT. The remainder was thrown on a costly payment plan.

Luckily for us we got APPROVED for the loan... BUT this started us thinking. What about the people who don't have good credit? How many otherwise healthy animals have been put down because of a broken, REPAIRABLE limb? Can you honestly imagine putting down a 2 year old, fit as a fiddle dog (or cat) JUST BECAUSE OF A BROKEN LIMB? Our answer is NO.
