Not much to say but lots on the mind. I was asked by bitsandwatts.com to write a blog on the philadelphia folk parade that happened this past month. Before that subject I was asked to write about anything... coffee perhaps. What a great idea! I also thought of some other good blog topics like the importance of dogs and how to get back at you crazy neighbors that curse up a storm at 9am while sitting on the stoops of port richmond. One more, the Chatham St Story. All good topics, all on my mind. There is also swells of news regarding music and the birth of Chamber Birds, a project about see the light of day. Other projects include House on High and Spider Monkeys.  I havent started a band in a long time, the getting the word out, the seeing your new name in print for the first time, the debut show, the hours wasted on flyers and logo designs you'll never use, the rehearsal schedules. It's exciting and terrifying all at once. an iron butterfly in the gut. Been listening to Edith Piaf and Songs from Big Pink on the old record player and hanging with 2 pit bulls, and unstable (and famous) mastiff, and my old sidekick Mr. Shibs and together with the amazing soo z, we're going to get moving on some of these ideas. 

Stop hitting the bat and playing drums man, cut yer hair and take a shower, from the depths of solitude emerges the creative and shy soul, the unstable mastiff, the chamber bird.
