We share a common bond: Improv. Also, crabs presumably. Our crabs are unfortunately NOT on banjo. Would that it were so.

Shoot me some crabs ...
I was only 22 when I saw my first Crabs on Banjo show. I remember the night well. The back room (at what was then called "The Sidewalk" before the war of 2023) was practically empty save for a few late night cowboys and a saucey filly dancing around as the band tuned, namely me. I watched as the Godfather of Rock, Ben Krieger, and the Uncle of Sound, Brian Speaker, dropped some fatty beats during what could only be called the most exhilirating sound check since Pangea split. Quite suddenly, people where wandering in from the bar to take seats for what might be the most memorable musical journey they would experience in thier lifetime. Would your song title suggestion be good enough? Probably not. These guys were professionals and would not settle for just any title. Some of the songs we heard that night will never be heard by ears other than the lucky few who were present since ...someone...forgot to hit record. But what is left from that night happens to be the most important track ever released by Crabs on Banjo, and my personal favorite...FMPJBJ. A song your mother is offended by when she catches you singing it in the shower, FMPJBJ is the kind of song a girl should lose her virginity to, especially if that girl happens to be fucking bon jovi. Needless to say, all the room went wild and I distincly recall a Ben Krieger foot keyboard solo. I left the sidewalk that night knowing I had witnessed history in the making. I went to grab a few post show drinks at a joint up the street where the strangest thing happened. In the belly of the kitchens and along the bar a hypnotic melody was rising up from the voices of the drunken people...was it actually the song that had only been written 20 minutes prior and was already sweeping up Ave. A and heading into Canada where it topped the charts for 38 years? Where they really singing Fuck My Pussy Jon Bon Jovi? Yes, yes they were.
i love it when you call me jon bon jovi
Awesome.
You lousy jerks. You stole my FMPJBJ song concept.
OH
MY
GOD.
Maybe you are in my head?
