Set sail with the Florida Romance Writers on an exciting high seas writing adventure out of Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
It's Fun in the Sun 2009 on board Royal Caribbean's Navigator of the Seas.
There will be great workshops, editors, agents, and speakers, plus time to play on a private island in theBahamas .
Space is limited. A $100 deposit can hold your place. $200 deposit books the cabin. You must have valid passport, so don't wait to update yours. For more info, go to www.frwriters.org

Dear Friends,
We'll be sailing January 22nd, 2009 to January 24th, 2009 on board RCCL's Navigator of the Seas for our FRW Writers' Conference! What a great way to sharpen your craft, network with industry professionals, and restock on inspiration.
Our wonderful travel agent has agreed to aproach RCL for the best rates available, despite the fact that we are past our deadline. The cruise line has been working with us, so it is still possible to join us for the conference at sea. Please check www.FRWriters.org for more details. Mel from Cruise Planners will supply you with details on current cabin rates.
If, for any reason, guests need to changes their reservations at this time, they can do so by contacting our travel agent, Mel Mendelsohn at Cruise Planners: 305 971-0719 or melmendelsohn@aol.com.

Christina Dodd is our Keynote Speaker, and is in the company of many other talented speakers that will gaurantee a fantastic experience for all.
The conference committee has secured a pre and post cruise discounted rate at a local hotel. Please check our blog for details.
Our book fair coordinators have requested information on the books you will be signing. Please read below for instructions. The Book Fair will be held on January 22nd in the Ixtapa Lounge and will be open to all the guests on the ship.

We're getting closer to setting sail on the FRW Cruise With Your Muse Conference. All published authors attending are invited to participate in our public Book Fair, which will take place on board the ship on the first night of the conference. As a reminder, if you are planning to participate you must send us information on the books you're bringing so we can let the ship know and you can get paid.
FRW must turn in a list to Royal Caribbean 30 days in advance-- so that means we need to have your information no later than NOVEMBER 30 to avoid the holiday rush.
