About me:

"The journey has always been about laughing together, loving each other, seeking adventure, believing in our dreams and making a difference... but sometimes we forget." Amen! I saw that on the packaging for a bookmark and liked it. Just gotta live each day as it comes and remember to keep a sense of humor about life.

- I'm strangely fond of snails. I have two as pets and they just keep having babies. I'm a proud grandma!
- I don't like the bubbles in soda.
- I love swimming - but I'm scared of deep and/or dark water.
- My computer's name is Antonio and my car is named Shirley.
- I'm a relatively quiet person, but I have my moments (dancing on elevated surfaces).
- I play the ukulele. I'm also starting to teach myself guitar. I took piano lessons for 6 years when I was a kid, and am starting to get back into that as well.
- I've written a couple songs.
- I have one page left in my passport!! :-)

I love (love, love, love) to travel. I'm always up to trying something new. I want to do everything and go everywhere. I want to wade through muck to get to a remote village in Cambodia. I want to hitchhike around South America (more than I already have), go on an African Safari, paraglide off a mountain in New Zealand, snorkel in the Caribbean, sail around Greece, climb Mt. Everest (even if I only climb a mile), ride a train through Switzerland, camp out in the woods in the middle of Montana, ride a horse through Wyoming, go on an Alaskan cruise, surf in Hawaii, jump off cliffs into the water in the South Pacific, walk on the great wall of China, cruise down the Nile... and the list goes on and on.
