Epistêmê started making music for over 17 years now. Eventually getting into DJing after coming into the rave scene a patron, now climbing the ladder for his spot amongst his dreams!.. What was once only in thought has come to full fruition. Starting out with hip hop and turntablism; scracthing, beat juggling and mixing to get a better grasp of the decks and the skills desired to be a truely great and well rounded DJ. Taking the stage with 2one8 and DSP in the Minnesota hip hop/world music scene;truely some positive and influential artists. Other notable performance: spinning Above & Beyond's side stage at Epic Nightclub in Minneapolis Nov 2010; both the opening and closing sets!.. Now trance and electro are the desired breed of music for this passionately driven DJ and inspiring producer. Check out the myspace page. By the way, the name came by way of Epistêmê’s undergraduate degree in Philosophy Applied Ethics... The newest addition to this journey has that of DJing for the Minneapolis based hip-hop group OptionTwo. For those that are fans of P.O.S., Doomtree and other underground artists OptionTwo is perfect! Check them out. All original beats produced in house... The next adventure is underway. Now with residency at Stargate Nightclub, Epistêmê has been given the opportunity to bring a new vibe, new music and a new style to an already established club. ..
