.. ....Fudalwokit started ravin' in the early nineties. Heavily influenced by the original hardcore sound, he followed the evolving hardcore scene, attending massive underground dance parties in various warehouses and aircraft hangars all over the UK. .... .. .. .. By 1994 he had gained his degree in Jungle Tekno, realising he messed his pants everytime an Amen was rolled over a kikdrum............. this was to become his spiritual home...Unfortunately by 1996 the hardcore music in his opinion had really lost it's way, The Jungle however remained tuff as fuck , and the HardTrance being produced at that time was mental, Dj's like M-Zone & Mark EG were paving the way by playing this new pumpin' form of Techno... But Wokit wouldn't pin himself down to just one musical style though, sometimes playing up to 5 different styles even within the one set... Jungle, Techno, HardTrance, Gabba, OldSkool House, OldSkool Hardcore, Jungle Tekno, Breakbeat HappyHardcore, Breakbeat -.. Basically all styles of heavy underground buzz music!........ Fudalwokit started producing his own music in 1998, initially with just a couple of bits of kit he produced that old skool hardcore sound, but by 2001 and with a few new pieces of equipment he had turned to producing techno and had his first 12" vinyl release with 'United we stand' sampling Winston Churchill. ...... Over the next few years the tracks made were generally only played from Dubplate or Cd at raves across East Anglia, mainly due to lack of funds to actually get the fuckin things pressed up, But in 2004 that finally changed with the release of 'Propaganda / Militant Sound' which was inspired by the brutal police bust of an illegal rave in Norwich, with vocals from Redeye it samples news clips from TV coverage of the event....... Cash being the problem again, Wokits 3rd release came in 2006 with 'Badboy Bizness'. Fundamentally a bangin' trance track but with a sped up ragga vocal over the top it definately seemed to do the damage at parties across the UK. ...... All the tracks spoken about above and many more from various underground artists, including sample clips are available from WWW.KANRECORDINGS.COM both in vinyl format and Mp3, so check it out if you've got the time....... The newest tracks made, but not out on vinyl yet, are 'Dark n Dangerous' and 'Positive Vibes'. ...... See ya soon! .. .. ..Contact Table..
