DJ LJ (Li Heng Ruy) is a rare scratch nerd in the Chinese turntablist scene. Born in Gui Yang, his story began when he started djing in 1999. He played in many clubs in his home town and has established a reputation as a party rocker. In 2001, he discovered turntablist side of djing . SInce then, he has been battling for 5 years in the Chinese DMC Championship. In 2006, he achieved 2nd place in the Chinese DMC finals and had the opportunity to represent China in the DMC Battle for World Supremacy. He is now the best scratch dj in China, with undeniable flow and unrivaled technical ability. He is a member of The Lab in Shanghai. The future is bright for LJ, watch out!!! -
