Nicky Blunt Reppin Dance Concept & NBC. Well that's me, I'm an easygoing guy but kinda to the point hence the name DJ Nicky Blunt!!! Been DJing now for about 16 Years but I only really started skratchin in about 96, pre this I was a Drum & Bass DJ, but just got really bored with the music. It was no longer a challenge, then one of my longtime friends showed me a DMC video, cant remember which one, & I saw this dj doing the most amazing things I'd ever seen on two turntables. (Turns out the dude who I was watching is now in my opinion the greatest skratch dj ever to bless hip hop with his skillz, his name was & still is DJ Q-Bert (So I just wanna say thanks to him) If He ever reads this as he has just given me hours of puzzled faces (as in how the F%$.. did he just do that??) Plenty of smiling faces (as in dude!!! Sick) & Plenty of green with envy as in Im never gonna be as good as this dude is!!! The list of influences for me is long but I have always listened to hip hop, Ive been a fan since the days of Doug-E Fresh & Slick Ricks - The show. Feel free to add comments & say hi!
