"WHO IS D-WOOD?" Dwaun Hicks better known as D-Wood or "WHITEHOUSE WOOD" was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 13th, 1986 and grew up on the SOUTHSIDE part of the city(1200 Hash Block) where he got love from all the "HOOD" niggaz & was constantly around negative activities. D-Wood developed a early love for the game of basketball & began playing in junior high on through high school. During his senior year of high school he stumbled across another activity he enjoyed playing around with, RAPPING. D-Wood graduated from Libbey High School in 2004. Upon graduation he attended Columbus State Community College to further his education & basketball career BUT soon found out that college wasn't the thing for him. D-Wood then turned to the studio as his savior. Shortly after he met a young man by the name of ANDRE PARR a.k.a DRE P. who had similar goals SO they decided to get this money TOGEHTER! They started their own label called FLY GUY ENT. who includes: KILLA KEV, D. CARDI & TONE TOUCH. Where they not only promote rapping but singing, modeling & acting. D-Wood is also apart of TOP KNOCH PRODUCTIONS where they have HOTT artists such as: BK, CHACAFAIR & TE CHAC. You can catch D-Wood featured on the hottest mixtapes circling Toledo.
