Welcome to the world of Jerry (THE TWEAKER), a drug addicted meter maid imposter that has been running a successful scam to support his habits. Unfortunately for Jerry, his luck is about to run out.



Jerry has been addicted to all sorts of illegal drugs and alcohol for a while and the progression of the disease has resulted in a life filled with chaos, insanity, uncertainty and of course crime. Jerry pons himself off as a legitimate meter maid, going around checking for expired meters. When he "strikes oil", he then waits for the owner of a car to return and immediately begins to write them a ticket with hope that they will be vulnerable and pay him cash to avoid getting the ticket.



After a day of "work", Jerry rockets over to visit Mr. Happy, his eccentric drug dealer who is in a world of his own, to pick up his daily sachel, which includes cocaine, heroine, uppers, downers, marijuana and an occasional bonus of mescaline. Then he ventures off to his apartment, where he locks himself into a world of excessive drug use and obscene behavior.



In addition to dealing with his disease, Jerry has a girlfriend, who is also addicted to drugs. She constantly pesters and annoys him and although she is quite attractive, Jerry really has no use for her and seems to keep her around to feel connected to the world.



EXPIRED takes on a journey into the realities of excessive drug use. This hilarious, dark comedy stars Manu Intiraymi (Star Trek Voyager, Whatever It Takes, Go) as The Tweaker, Bob Clendenin ("10 Items Or Less", "Scrubs", "The Closer") as Mr. Happy and Jo Newman ("Law And Order: SVU", "The Guiding Light", Love And Other Drugs") as The Girlfriend and includes Chris Owen (American Pie, National Lampoons Dorm Daze) as Nelson, Joseph Williamson ("Greys Anatomy", Healing Hands) as Chris, Mark Chaet ("Boston Legal", "Prison Break") as Ron Dugan, Barry Kneller (Life of Lemon) as Officer Garland, Griffin Kohout ("Chuck", Some Guy Who Kills People) as Luke, Chris Pentzell ("Best Laid Plans", Welcome To The Throne Room) as Mr. Bashel, Michael Sielaff as Mr. Finsky and Berna Roberts as Candace (Spring Break 83, War Of The Worlds).
