Let's be friends! - www.last.fm/music/fokkum - For now, just the music. - www.reverbnation.com/fokkum - For now, just the music. - fokkum.bandcamp.com - Music and cd-artwork. ========================================== -----BIOGRAPHY -----1996-2001 - Ries founded Fokkum with other Barton Dean / Within Temptation members. - Ries wanted to merge his favorite styles: oldschool hardcore (such as Uniform Choice) and brutal crustcore (such as Doom). - We had line-up changes and did very few gigs. - Many songs were written. - We recorded a few rehearals with un-complete line-ups. -----2001-2006 - Fokkum merched with the band G.O.Y. and we changed our name into Still No. The music tended more to fast, melodic, oldschool sXe hardcore. - We did some gigs. - We recorded 1 demo-cassette and 1 full-length D.I.Y. cd-r 'Attempt To Make Sense' and than split-up. -----2006-2007 - Ries brought the old Fokkum back to life. - Ries wrote many songs and lyrics. - Ries developed a logo, a site and prepared much more stuff. - Ries tried to find new members to complete the line up, but didn't succeed easily. -----2007-2008 - Lisa and Ries build their own rehearsalroom / D.I.Y.-studio. - Lisa desides to play bassguitar in Fokkum. - We recorded our angry and negative 'Revenge' demo cult cd-r (with the help of a guest guitarist). -----2008-2009 - Fokkum's soul changed from angry to love after a couple of years of conspiracy / spiritual / historical research and personal experiences. - All lyrics were re-written by Ries. - Our quest for truth, love and fun began. -----2009-2010 - Xander became the guitarist of Fokkum. - We made D.I.Y. split-cds with Noituus, Indulgencia, Agamenon Project (songs taken from 'Revenge' cd). - We appeared on the German compilation: Break Out #3 (song taken from 'Revenge' cd). - Ries made our own D.I.Y. merchandise such as: buttons, stickers, posters, caps etc. -----2010-2011 - We recorded our lo-fi D.I.Y. 11-song EP / mini-cd-r named: 'Notice Yourself'. - Ries wrote to 80 (e-)zines and 20 other D.I.Y. punk / hardcore initiatives (mailorders, labels, etc.) and send them our 'Notice Yourself' cd. - Ries made our own split cd-r (artwork, duplicating, etc.) with Resposta Simples (songs taken from 'Notice Yourself'). - We appeared on a German pro-squat Soli-sampler (song taken from 'Notice Yourself'). - Venues kept asking us to do gigs, so we did a bunch of gigs in Holland and 1 in Belgium. People liked our tunes and we had some great responses. -----2011-'till now - We recorded a big, fat D.I.Y. studio full-length cd named 'Paradise'. Ries made a full-colour 'Paradise'-cd artwork. - We made hundreds of copies of all our other / former merchandise (like splits, comps, 'Notice' EP and promo-stuff), so we could give it away for free. - We had a 6-month break. Ries had a mental and physical break-down because of his parents dying (and other stuff) and he developed a burn-out (always working on band-stuff can give health problems). - After this break we prepared ourselfs again and made plans for our cd-release and new gigs. - Ries designed new promo-shit for buttons, logos, flyers, stickers, posters, caps, statement-posters and more. - We made a new site: www.fokkum.nl - We made a Facebook, Youtube, Reverbnation and Bandcamp. - We started rehearsing again. - We wrote some new songs. - We decided to do some more gigs... - Now we're back on track and stronger than ever. We're working on lots of band-stuff and plans like the release-party for our 'Paradise' cd. Best vreemd dat heel veel erop wijst dat zij de touwtjes al een hele lange tijd in handen hebben, hadden en houden. - Religie onder de loep. Waar komt het vandaan, waarom en wat heb je eraan. Over de oprichters van de grote geloofsstromingen (1 groepje) en waar ze hun symbolen en kenmerken vandaan hebben en waarom / hoe ze die mis(ge-)bruiken. - De extreme rijken die steeds weer opduiken en meer invloed hebben dan je zou willen. Dit zijn de super egoïsten. Een groep die graag met andere rijken omgaat... (allang geen geheim meer). Dit blijkt nooit in ons voordeel uit te pakken (genuanceerd gezegd). - Het blijkt dat de alternatieve geschiedenis veel aannemelijker en logischer is (met wat onderzoek) dan de conventionele. Oude beschavingen (niet zoals in de schoolboeken), mythes en legendes blijken dan ook ergens over te gaan. Aangezien allerlei bewijzen consequent opzij worden geschoven (check de voorbeelden) en de wetenschap elkaar graag napraat zal ook deze kennis moeilijk vindbaar zijn, maar hele sterke aanwijzingen zijn er wel degelijk dat veel ons is onthouden... om een reden? - Dat we dieren oneerbiedig behandelen en dat dat eigenlijk nooit zo was (leren we steeds van wel). Helaas moet de slaaf, mens genaamd, doorgaan, dus is er een vlees-massa-slachtings-bio-industrie verzonnen / opgedrongen voor ons. Deze is uiteraard gestoeld op geld en macht, dus wordt er wederom veel pijn geleden door mens en dier. Eerbied en samenwerken blijkt de sleutel. - De grootsheid van de echte grote beschavingen van lang geleden. Waar blijven wij met onze 2e rangs geneeskunde, sterrenkunde, esotherische wetenschap, scheikunde, zelfkennis m.b.t. kunnen, creëren, doen en laten etc.. We worden bedonderd waar we bij staan. Onderzoekers met andere bevindingen dan de conventionele worden systematisch weggebonjoured. - De NASA / UFO en alien informatie. Niet meer normaal hoeveel bewijs hiervoor is. Duizenden ufo's geregistreerd, ook door astronauten en piloten en ook op verkregen NASA films en foto's. Heel veel mensen hebben dit onderzocht en wie hier induikt zal veel ondekken. NASA doet aan hele dikke cover-ups. Allemaal opgeschoonde (bewegende) beelden (bewijzen worden weggepoetst), fake maanlanding, gestolen technologie, eeuwenlange kennis van alien contact, project bell (ook Hitler werkte al mee aan een eeuwenoud plan), de theorie over onze maan (dit schijnt een kustmatige maan te wezen), Het snoeren van de mond van mensen die 'inside' waren of ontdekkingen deden, etc., etc.. - CIA, FBI, etc. en alle andere door steeds dezelfde mensen (en bekenden van elkaar) opgezette onzin met macht. Door wie verzonnen en waarom. Welke macht hebben ze eigenlijk. En wat hebben ze ons inmiddels al aangedaan en niet verteld. Steeds meer oud-werknemers doen hun zegje... je weet niet wat je hoort. Drugs, manipulatie, rituelen (te ziek voor woorden, je gelooft het eerst niet), conspiracies, corruptie, vriendendiensten en meer. - De grote leiders en hun stiekume plannen en testen op mensen door overheden m.b.t. hersenspoelen, aanslagen en oorlog (onder andere met behulp van foute drugs en andere indoctrinatie-methoden) waar we nooit iets van horen, maar wat natuurlijk wel uitlekt. - Dat alcohol nou net die ene makkelijke (hard-) drug is waar je echt niets aan hebt… wat toevallig dat die als enige wel is geaccepteerd. Komt dat effe goed uit. - Meerdere/andere dimensies en fijnstoffelijke energieën (dus trillingen) die o.a. reïncarnatie/geestverschijningen en meer kunnen verklaren. - Dat Anarchie (is extreem gestigmatiseerd) zeker niet altijd geweld betekent en eerlijker is dan welke nep democratie dan ook. - Dat spiritualiteit niet betekent het christendom of andere geloven/goden, maar veel groter is dan dat (of kleiner, want je bent je eigen God). - De dwaasheid en opdringerigheid van sport en competitie (totaal onnozel) en de bijbehorende leugens (gezondheid/competitie). Hou op met je winnen en je grote schaamtevolle nutteloze (geld-)spelletjes. Bewegen hoeft geen sport te zijn. - Dat er een groot complot/conspiracy gaande is die al eeuwen duurt. Steeds meer wijst in die richting en steeds meer logische verklaringen komen na vele onderzoeken en verbanden leggen uit. (internet helpt). De tijd gaat door en de mens ziet steeds meer. - De media (zowel links als rechts) die sturend en aanjagend is, maar wel wordt gemanipuleerd. De invloed van de media is heel groot. Deze blind gemaakte instituten die veelal onbewust het grote machtspel voeden zijn behoorlijk fout bezig. - Dat het systeem waarin we leven zeker niet het ultime is wat we kunnen bereiken. Ons is aangeleerd dat het een te groot onderwerp (welk systeem we in willen leven) is en dat daar andere denkers voor zijn. Het is zeker niet de bedoeling dat je met je hart denk. Wij leren eerder angsten, zodat we niets ondernemen en leiders volgen. - De functie van politie en militairisme. Iedereen is een marionet die danst voor dezelfde geheime agenda waar ze zelf niets van af weten. Helaas is geweld een goed werkend onderdrukkingsmiddel (waar dan ook). - Dat we sex-gek worden gemaakt, omdat ze constant ons oerinstinkt stimuleren d.m.v. symbolen, vizies op zaken en andere leugens (Freud?). Ontdek wat je om je heen ziet (of onbewust ziet) en welk effect dat op je heeft. - Dat het carriëre/slaaf gedrag ons blind maakt, en dat was nou net de bedoeling. Een mens moet bezig gehouden worden. En maar jagen en jagen op dat klote geld. Voelt niet prettig. - De manipulatietechnieken (altijd veel verschillende facetten in samenhang met elkaar) van overheden die worden geleid door de bloedlijn-masters. Door wie, waarom, waarmee, wanneer, hoe lang al. - Dat het onbewuste heel erg veel invloed heeft op de mens (meer dan het bewuste). En hoe de mens expres via z'n onbewuste wordt beïnvloedt. Helaas wederom met een doel. - De alom bekende mind-control (geforceerd of onbewust). O.a. door (militaire-) testen, symbolen, chemsprays (m.b.v. vliegtuigen), gemanipuleerde entertainment industrie en vele andere middelen. - De echte functie van instituten als school met hun algemeen geaccepteerde leerstof. Het constante bezig houden en robots creëren zijn 2 redenen, maar er zijn er veel meer. B.v. controle over de leerstof (ook inhoudelijk) en het kleinhouden van echte geestelijke ontwikkeling (rechter hersenhelft). - Dat de wetenschap maar 1 kant belicht en dat is de linker hersenhelft, rechts zitten de interessante delen (gevoel, intuitie, inspiratie, artistiek, etc. En waarschijnlijk vele andere verborgen mogelijkheden) van het bestaan… jammer. - De grote bedrijven/coöperaties en multinationals en hoe deze overduidelijk 'evil' zijn. Hoe je het ook bekijkt… en dat is best apart. - Dat het klimaatprobleem (hoofdzakelijk door zonneactiviteit) wordt misbruikt en aangejaagd door belanghebbenden. Alles is bedoelt om ons op het verkeerde spoor te zetten. We worden tegelijkertijd vervuild en genaaid. - Dat de mens z'n geestelijke/spirituele capaciteiten heeft genegeerd en verwaarloosd. Er is veel te zeggen over het kunnen van ons brein. Ons brein kan fokking veel meer dan je denkt (zie Derren Brown). Wat zegt dit alles over de esotherische kant van het mensvermogen. - De vervuiling en vergiftiging van de aarde, die inderdaad op enorme schaal plaatsvind. Kappen met kappen, accepteer de oplossingen die zijn weggewuifd en stop met het willen hebben van controle over de natuur, in welke vorm dan ook. - De grote dubbele aganda van een aantal machthebbenden. Zij weten ervan… wij inmiddels ook. Wetenschap van hun plannen maakt ons gezamelijk al sterk. - Dat we worden gek gemaakt met angsten, over alles wat je maar bedenken kan. Jammer dat we onze eigen afkomst niet mogen weten. - De New World Order ideeën en andere stiekume meesterplannen die beginnen op te vallen. Ook hun redenen en toekomstplannen zijn te ontdekken. We moeten ze voor zijn door kennis hierover te vergaren. - Dat er al heel lang iets gaande is met lizards en DNA. Er zijn vele aanwijzingen en theoriën. Wat is er al mee gedaan en waarom heeft het deze structuur en welke verbanden vallen op. - Dat er een aantal bloedlijnen steeds bovenkomen. Meer dan 2000 jaar steeds dezelfde machtige afstammelingen die leiders worden, dat is toevallig. - Dat de oorsprong en reden van geld, slaven creeëren is. En dat geld vertaalt: slaaf betekend. Wat, hoe en waarom wordt er over ons heen gesprayed door (de regiring ontkende) vliegtuigen (check de lucht op heldere dagen). Er zijn boeken en docu's over dit onderwerp te vinden. - Dat de mens z'n natuurlijke lichaams-ritme/functies/(geestelijke-)gezondheid etc. onbewust verwaarloosd/ziek maakt. Terwijl we stiekum allemaal weten dat we wel erg ver zijn afgedwaald van oorspronkelijk gedrag. - De farmaceutische industrie (witte jassen bende) die ons ziek maakt/houdt en de machine draaiende houdt. De mensen aan de top hebben naast geld helaas ook een groter doel. - Dat geschiedschrijving (door de overwinnaars) altijd wordt gemanipuleerd. Het is dus onvermijdelijk dat dit subjectief is. Allemaal grote (meestal d.m.v gemanipuleerd geloof) indoctrinerende leugens, helaas. - De gevaarlijke functie van geloof (in gevangenschap zijn) in een god met al z'n beknellende verboden. Komen die instututen even mooi uit… nog minder (zelf-)ontplooien van jezelf is het resultaat. - De paus met z'n eigen sterrenwacht en stiekume bunker met esotherische info die wij niet mogen weten/voelen. Zij weten immers wel waar de waarheid en de kracht vandaan komt. Zij werken stiekum wel met deze kennis (om macht te verkrijgen en te houden). - Dat astrologie hetgeen is waar veel vandaan komt… om een reden. Echt waar, de sterretjes zijn de leidraad m.b.t. veel. Super veel onderzoeken en docu's zijn er over gemaakt. Dit hebben we nooit mogen leren/weten. - De werking van (kracht-) symbolen en vormen en hoe en waarom dit negatief op de mens wordt toegepast. Wij leren helaas andere namen bij die krachttekens, of niets etc. zodat we er bang voor worden, er tegen zijn of ervan in de war raken. - Dat de muziek industrie zo vies is geworden dat het niet meer werkt. En muzikanten kunnen zelf weinig doen (geen invloed zonder kruiwagen) en worden behoorlijk (verplicht) geregistreerd en krijgen geen kans via andere/eigen kanalen. Zijn wij effe blij met internet (nu nog wel, want dat gaat vast veranderen). Mensen die zichtbaar naar zijn krijgen alle negatieve aandacht en de echte grote enge, dodende macht die dit laat uitspelen zien we over het hoofd. - De hooggeplaatsten in de wereld politiek met bij-interesses. Dat gaat veel verder dan je zou willen. Jammer dat ze via die bij-baantjes/bezigheden de laatste touwtjes ook in handen nemen. Maar zo gaat dat wel. Komt dat zien. - Dat rare verschijnselen als mode en andere nutteloze gekmakerij belachelijk is en velen constant bezig houdt. En ja, daar worden per ongeluk steeds altijd belangrijke monumenten of gebouwen op gebouwd. - Dat er protocollen/geschriften zijn gevonden (Sion) die beschrijven hoe via een bepaald volk (die van niets weet), de wereld zal worden geregeerd. Met stappenplannen, middelen, strategie etc. - De enge ontwikkelingen met betrekking tot chipping. In alles zitten big brother chips… allemaal voor onze veiligheid en omdat het makkelijk is….. binnenkort is ook de mens aan de beurt. - De oorspronkelijk geplande slavenhandel mens genaamd. Dit is een ingewikkeld verhaal over een gestrand alien ras (op aarde) dat al eeuwen vastzit en d.m.v.     It was very nice on saturday at Central Museum, Utrecht.
    
    We felt awesome doing a gig in that place, we met new and friendly people, we had nice weather, beautiful building for doing our Fokkum thing.
    
    Organisation: thanks for everything. The effort, the food and all the organizing... we hope for another edition of exhibition.
    
    The Stiff: Cool shit, awesome covers, old men, lots of energy and last but not least very nice people... 'till next time then.
    
    The Hearted: Coll tunes, friendly people, awesome band... we would also like to play with you again.
    
    Audience: Thanks for your support. We're glad we could surprice and made you happy with our music and topics (please spread the word). Thank you for those who where interested in our merchandise.
