the 'Justify My Love' cover/mix has been put on the backburner for the moment, as we ran into some "troubles" in regards to doing anything with it...
it may turn up on Youtube at some point...
we are still making the new album...
we will let you know when that's looking like being finished...

FR UPDATE - August '10
Hi...We thought it was about time we gave you all an update...
Back in May we won a WAMI award for 'Most Popular Single/EP', for our split 1x1/IDDQD 12" with Injured Ninja.Here is a picture of the prize...
At a show a few nights later, we played a cover of Madonnas 'Justify My Love'... and then decided we wanted to record a version of it.So expect a FR 'Justify' cover/mixdub up here soon.... we're mixing it at the moment.
....and last but certainly not least, we have been writing and recording a new album.We expect a single to be out in a few months, followed by the album sometime first half of next year. -
'EPIC OF GILGAMESH' - PIAF Performance now up on Vimeo
www.vimeo.com/12128931 The Epic of Gilgamesh performing a 40 minute piece for the 2010 Perth International Arts Festival, supporting USA band HEALTH.
This Epic featured a seven piece band comprised of French Rockets and Injured Ninja, with ten support percussionists from numerous different Perth bands, including - Sugar Army, Mile End, Taco Leg, The Weapon Is Sound and Carbuncle.
It also features a live VJ set from Lambency.

French Rockets '1x1 (2010 redux)' filmclip debuts on Rage
The French Rockets '1x1 (2010 redux)' film clip will be played on ABC1s Rage program at 2am on Saturday May 1......or just as your'e getting home after a night out on Friday April 31st.
This will be a unique event as it will finally be known whether terrestrial TV can handle the bonkers post-prod craziness used in the clip.
