All of it. Seriously, I tend to jump across genres and attack whatever is "good". Keep in mind that the definition of "good" is left solely to my discretion. There is a reason I have way too much Bloodhound Gang and Phunk Junkeez in my iPod, nestled in with Jeff Buckley, Urge Overkill, Johnny Cash and Daft Punk. Literally, everything is fair game.
Movies
The most complete movie of all time, to me, is "The Princess Bride". It has a little bit of everything without having too much of anything. I'll always love cheesy action, all levels of comedy and anything that makes me think. I'm a realist with escapist tendencies, so if something is well done, it will click. If not, I'll probably watch it if only for the opportunity to make fun of it's flaws.

Books
All things Nick Hornby. I like Salinger, but think "Franny and Zooey" is better than "Catcher in the Rye". Vonnegut started something and Dave Eggers thinks he finished it, but unless something happens in the last few pages of "A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius", I'm writing him off as a hack. The controversial Brad Vice wrote a book, it got pulped and he got reamed, but it was good. It also sells for more than $500 on Amazon now. Go figure. Oh, and toss in some Lao Tsu, some Sun Tzu, some Confuscius and a heaping of Kahlil Gibrhan. Add some DeBecker for fear and boil until stew is ready. And cheap fiction. I love cheap, throwaway fiction- crappy fantasy(Stackpole, RR Martin), sci-fi (Crichton when he's good), mysteries (especially the Hiassen kind) and just about anything else printed...
