Hailing from Oklahoma, Harp and Lyre formed in April 2008 and became an instant hit in the Midwest Hardcore scene. With only a 4 song demo under their belt, the newly established outfit began touring immediately and since have toured alongside bands such as Abandon Kansas (Gotee Records), PMtoday (Rise Records), A Bullet For Pretty Boy (Artery Recordings) to name a few and have had the opportunity to open for bands such as Every Time I Die, Chiodos, Attack Attack!, Parkway Drive, Mychildren Mybride, Oh, Sleeper, and many others. Keep your eye out for Harp And Lyre as they tour around the US all of 2011
