Hiya, after a splendid warm-up gig at the Astra-Stube in Hamburg/Germany we are going to rock Rome on December the 19th 2009 at the Big Bang Club! This is NOT the last time The Covent performs live but for sure a special occasion...Looking forward to that! Cheers, Jojo -

Dear people, The Convent is still alive! We are proud to announce two more live gigs for this year. The first one is on December the 12th at the Astra Stube in Hamburg/Germany and a further one is on December the 19th at the Big Bang in Rome/Italy! We are going to play as a quartet (without any keyboards - Stefan quit playing live so far) - so the line-up will be:Carlo - VocalsJojo - Guitars and Backing VocalsCarsten - Bass GuitarRod K. - DrumsThe setlist is going to cover up the period from 1991 until 2002. Herr_Brandt is going to play guitar for The Promise and more
Hi folks,
I've been asked to join The Promise as guitarist together with Rod K. (drummer of The Convent) which might be great fun to all of us. I am looking forward to play together with those guys and we might see each other on July 10th live on stage at the Dungeon Open Air. Apart from that we are busy working on the new Sonnenbrandt album due to be released in autumn 2009. Some musical surprises are left for later this year. So long, Jojo
