Hailing from Greece and now settled in Manchester via Nottingham, Moid has developed a deep style of House and Techno that is as engaging when reclined as it is vertical. Moid’s sets are characterized by percussive flows, melodies and subs bass woven together seamlessly to create intricate, hypnotic sets with an alluring yet unhurried groove... After growing up on a diet of Progressive and Breaks, the move to England saw Moid quickly immersing himself in Nottingham’s underground House scene. His measured, stripped back style soon won him regular slots around the city’s clubs, including at Stealth, where his sound was perfect for the venue’s Funktion One rig... After promoting his own Sugar Free parties at Bar Eleven in Nottingham, Moid is now looking to a much more ambitious project. His latest venture is as resident for his own Arthouse parties, a series of events that will see him in action alongside some of the most forward thinking DJs in unique, specifically sourced urban spaces.
