I'm a portuguese songwriter, musician and producer. I do mainly pop and rock music written in english. From 1999 to 2003, I was the leading vocals and guitar of id Portico, a band that have earned a very good reputation, even without a released album. We were invited to participate in some portuguese compilations and we've performed live with some great bands, including Travis and Silence4. In 2003, I've started my solo career in music. I've also started producing and recording my songs at home. In 2004, I've recorded a small Demo/EP, Contos de Saturno, with 6 original songs. Later, in 2006, I've recorded my first album, Room Session, with 11 original songs. Soon they would be travelling all around the world through MySpace. Some years later, I've came to Brazil. This is where I live now... I' ve been performing live in Porto Alegre (RS) for several occasions. I'm currently working with some great musicians and I'm planning to release a new album this year (2011).

Welcome.

I'm a portuguese songwriter, musician and producer. I do mainly pop and rock music written in english. I was born in 1974 in the city of Caracas. A couple of years later I went living to Portugal. I've started singing and playing the guitar when I was fifteen... Well, since then I knew music would always be part of me.From 1999 to 2003, I was the leading vocals and guitar of id Portico. This band earned a very good reputation, even without a released album. We've been invited to participate in some portuguese compilations and we've performed live with some great bands, including Travis and Silence4...

In 2003, I've started my solo career in music. I've also started producing and recording my songs at home. In 2004, I've recorded a small Demo/EP, Contos de Saturno, with 6 original songs. Later, in 2006, I've recorded my first album, Room Session, with 11 original songs. Soon they would be travelling all around the world through MySpace. Some years later, I've came to Brazil. My major influences come from Bowie, Radiohead, Iggy Pop, Stones, Bob Dylan, Slowdive, The Cure, Pixies, Placebo, Dire Straits, Pink Floyd, Morrissey, Sinatra, Debussy, Tom Jobim and many other great bands and musicians. So, how can i describe my music? I guess it's pop and rock, with something from the past heading to an incertain future...

I have a great passion for music. I love people, art and computers.

This is my first album. It was recorded at home...all instruments and voices were played by me. It gathers 11 original songs (english and portuguese ones) written with great love.
