     one of the reasons , you may be so tired in the morning and need a cup coffee is because.  Your breakfast is like something you would feed a barbarian. Fruits and vegetables whole-grain.  It is high energy food   . Meat is primarily for bulky muscles that use a lot of power very quickly. It is muscle response,  explosive power.   Don't eat like a power lifter........ if you want to have the energy like a dancer

What muscle group are you trying to train, and how you train it will dictate the muscle response you are able to apply to whatever you are doing. I've got to study up with some of the greatest athletes, in many different sports.  And activities that demand a high fitness level.~~
