Since 2005, Kansas City Gunfight has continued to push themselves and their music to their limits, whether on the stage thrashing with their fans, or in the studio continuing to refine their unique blend of Southern Rock, Post Hardcore, and Metal. Their newest release, "Nowhere to Run, Nowhere to Hide" is the bands most melodic and heavy effort to date. Influenced by such acts at Avenged Sevenfold, Thrice, Pantera, and He Is Legend, they have managed to make a record that is distinctively their own yet still true to foundations of the genre. With "Nowhere to Run, Nowhere to Hide" ready for release, the Gunfight is getting back to what they do best, playing live with fierce passion and unbridled intensity, breaking themselves and often the stage in the process.
