  • Bio

Kartica, are a 5 piece indie/rock band from Sheffield. Formed in May 2008, not to make some 'statement' or be the next passing 'fad', but to showcase music that has been written with meaning and soul. .... .... Blending a mix of roaring guitars and heavy drumbeats with dreamy riffs and anthemic melodies, Kartica achieve a unique sound that stretches from the menacing, to the heartrending. A band that convey emotion, frustration, hope and belief. Recent support slots with The Twang, The Beautiful South and The Complete Stone Roses have continued to raise the band's profile.
