..I started trading on Myspace in 2006 as part of a small diy anti-fashion project. The aim was to create pieces which didn't follow or predict any particular trend but only existed on the basis that they were exactly the kind of thing you wouldn't find in Topshop. After taking part in numerous craft fairs nationwide public interest began to grow and since 2007 I've traded at the Manchester Christmas Markets. In 2009 I opened my own store 'Katie Crush' on the 3rd floor in Affleck's Palace Manchester and in 2010 began being stock by alternative clothing allstars(!), Attitude Clothing. After a year and a half of trading in Afflecks the business and product demand started to grow! I closed the shops doors to concentrate on larger scale production and you'll soon be able to find my items in an alternative clothing boutique near you! Keep your peepers peeled.
