.. Kynin are an electronica band from Southampton, UK..... The band's origins stretch back to 2000 when in an olde worlde pub in Lymington in the New Forest, Kynin was formed in haze of Jack Daniel's and sweaty kebabs. Sortly afterwards the band changed it's name to Angeltripp and featured Rob on vocals, Steve on guitar, keyboards and programming, and Graham "Rikki" Rickman on bass. Angeltripp folded in 2003 but Steve and Rob continued to work on material together, whilst both working on other projects too (Rob with rap-metal group MoFo and Steve on the solo industrial project SCM, later Essiem). .... When Rob left MoFo in 2006 they began to work on new material and Kynin was reborn. Although the band have been inactive for a some time new material is being worked on and hopefully they will return to a live stage soon. .... Anon will be live supporting Victory Pill *TONIGHT* Monday 22nd October.
Victory Pill features the talents of Jim Davies, session guitar player with The Prodigy (Fat Of The Land + Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned) and member of Pitchshifter. Keiron Pepper also plays drums with The Prodigy live and is also in Victory Pill. They are very good!
Also playing are White Lies & War Cries + Smashed.
