Pass the remote please
A good television programme has to have a good storyline and great characters.
It has to have the ability to make me laugh, cry, sit on the edge of my seat, stimulate my mind, take my mind on an adventure.
I am not too keen on those 'mini-series' on TV, as they do tend to be good until you come to the last part - and then you sit wishing that you just hadn't bothered !
Also too soft hearted and so I do not watch programmes with animals in, just incase they are injured or worse and I'd end up in tears.
The best television quote for me has to be by DCI Gene Hunt
"Gene Hunt. Your DCI. And it's 1973, almost dinner time, and I'm having hoops."
I do not like reality tv.... I would rather stick pins in my eyes than watch that. If it doesn't have a good storyline then don't bother me.
