.. It all started with Tyler Miller(Mom's Burning Aroma) on the bass and Marcus Moore on guitar playing some tunes. The duo called themselves Oedipus Wrecks. These two punkers rocked a set of original material with a few covers sprinkled in for flavor. But alas, they could only play without a drummer for so long so they contacted Paul Adams(Points of Rebellion), to see if he wanted to jam a bit on the drums. Paul accepted on the terms of bringing his elder brother Seth(Sobriety Starts Tomorrow) to the jam session to play some guitar. The four congregated and Oedipus Wrecks showed the Adams brothers their songs. After the set the brothers stepped outside and deliberated on the evidence. The charge, great musicians playing subpar tunes and the verdict was guilty. Paul and Seth told them that they didn't dig the tunes. They still wanted to play, but they wanted to play something better. Marc and Tyler knew that they had the talent and could make better music, so with nothing to lose they decided to give it a shot. Seth showed them a riff he had with some chords to back it, and by the end of that night they had written FTLR. So with their seething hate of normality, their love for music, and the lust to follow their dreams, The Naysayers were born!
