He's done some of the toughest gigs you could imagine, where life and death were real issues. Less than two months after the events of 9-11, Neal accepted an invitation from Las Vegas icon Wayne Newton to join him on a tour for the USO. He instantly saw how important these tours are for the morale of our armed forces overseas and has cleared dates from his busy concert schedule when the USO calls on him.
