My life so far as a DJ...(well some highlights anyway...)

·         1991 – Catch the bug at my 16^th birthday party. My brother was supposed to be playing the music @ the local village hall but he gets caught up dealing with some trouble makers, so I take over & it all begins...

·         1992/93/94 – My early years are spent buying hardcore & my bedroom skills lead to my first club gigs playing at under 18 nights alongside DJs like Slipmat & The Rat Pack.

·         1995 – My first visit to Ibiza and my evolution into a house music lover!

·         1997 – Enter a competition featured in DJ Magazine held by Garage City. Fight my way through heats to the final @ Bar Rumba

·         1997 – Win Garage City/DJ Mag competition – This leads to sets @ the club including NYE plus a live mix on Bobby & Steve’s show on Kiss FM in London.

·         1997 – Featured in London dance music newspaper Inside Trax.

·         1998 – My first visit to the WMC in Miami travelling with the Zoo Crew.

·         1998 – Guest at the South Coast Weekender @ Pontins, Camber Sands

·         1998 – Residencies in Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells playing alongside the likes of Mark Knight, Nic Fanciulli, Paul ’Trouble’ Anderson, Deli G, Jo Mills, Terry Farley, First Rate, Booker T,  Chrissy T, Tuff Jam...

·         1998 – Signed to Total Exposure DJ agency, sharing the roster with DJs like Jonathan Ulysses & J Da Flex  – Gigs throughout London & the South East

·         1999 – Residencies continue including mini tour for Bass Leisure.

·         2000 – Move to Cornwall

·         2000 – Win DJ competition run by DJ magazine – Guest @ the Ministry of Sound

·         2000 – Glowing review & feature in DJ magazine

·         2000 – New residencies begin in Cornwall

·         2000/01/02 – Highlights include Radio 1 dance party aftershow gig, Eric Morillo, Fatboy Slim, Pete Tong,

·         2001/02/03/04 – First steps into radio – presenting the Ocean Soul Sessions on Newquay’s RSL: Malibu Surf FM

·         2002 – Compete in the finals of the Gemini Extreme V DJ competition.

·         2003/04/05/06 – work @ Newquays the Koola Klub. Residencies & guest spots throughout Cornwall continue. Highlights include Ice T, The Kaiser Chiefs, Westwood, Lottie & Yousef, Crazy Penis, Freestylers, Cagedbaby, Stereo Mutants, Defected in the House, Aaron Ross, 1xtra, Cash Money, Ugly Duckling, Jelly Jazz, K Festival, EZ Rollers...

·         2004 – Win Gemini DJ competition – voted for by listeners of local radio station.

·         2005 – After winning regional heats in Cornwall & Bristol, I make it to the UK finals of the Movida Corona DJ competition in Birmingham.

·         2006 – Start presenting on Cornwall’s new radio station Atlantic FM

·         2007 – The Ocean Soul Sessions goes on air full time – 3 hours of Soul & Funk Live across Cornwall every week.

·         2008 – Move back to Kent

·         2008 – Begin new residency in Maidstone

·         2008 – DJ magazine select me as their Top Pick for March

The future.... who knows!
