hi hi hi. i was sitting at the staff meeting/breakfast and talking to one of my coworkers/friends and i'm like "yeah i've been doing yoga lately" and one of my other coworkers (who is kind of a tough mayne/ singledad) was like "What the HEALL is YOGAH?" ah i laughed. also i get more minutes on sunday so expect the report, much has been a'happening!
