"I first came into contact with the Sirians as a child.one night in a devonshire cottage i was awoken by an intense white light,streaming through the curtains.in the glare i could make out a figure standing,still and silently before me.the form told me,without words, that i was not to feel fear,our planet had always been under their control and that one soon one day there will come a time where only good will be,all the evil and lies will be crushed by an understanding of love.and with this gave me the name 'SPARO',a Moog synth and a MPC2000xl to help people of this planet understand what that meant and help destroy evil....BUT THEN..the forces of evil sent one who USURPED my 'Sparo' name,by adding an extra 'R' they attempted to fool the people of Earth into following an imposter of the Truth. The Sirians have now informed me,telepathically,to assume my original,given name of VIRGIL HOWE. SPAROWORLDS mixtapes 1 and the sort after secret follow up no.2 are out there...somewhere..your mission is to find it and listen to its message.Then you must wait....then wait a little bit longer..for 'THE FALLING',a further message awaits you within this.soon i will bring the enormity of the situation to bear.Good Luck..i'm counting on you....." VH ......Virgil Howe has been writing and performing music since the age of four.Brought up around the crazy world of Progressive Rock,his father being guitar legend Steve Howe of Yes.Virgil was always encouraged to follow in the footsteps of his dad.Rather than shy away after having witnessed the capes,stage sets and private jets,Virgil got the bug. His first instrument was the Moog synthesizer,drawn to the insane bleeps and swirls he could create at the turn of a dial. Since then Virgil turned to producing,releasing an album of Yes Remixes (2003) and series of singles and mixtapes on UK independent hip hop label Scenario Records.Which started in the same year with the track 'I Would' featuring Karime Kendra on vocals,who later would guest on The Killer Meters first album 'A Tribute to The Meters' and eventually front the band. Virgil continued to produce his own brand of psychedelic hip hop,remixing and working with The Nextmen,Shawn Lee,Terry Lynn,Dadahack(James Banbury),Echaskech,Brave and Bold,Lord Basis,Declaime,Georgia Muldrow and Foreign Beggars. Since taking up the drums Virgil has made his name as a hard-hitting,exuberant performer,playing with the likes of Bryan Ferry,The Pet Shop Boys,Shawn Lee,Demis Roussos,Mareva Galenter,The Future Sound Of Londons super-group Amourphous Androgynous,The Dirty Feel,The Killer Meters and Little Barrie.Recently endorsed by leading stick brand Vic Firth and Protection Racket drum cases,Virgil is forging his own path in music. ..
