Sabemos que el stoner rock lleva décadas haciendo sonar sus estridentes y densos riffs sobre la faz de la tierra. .... México no ha escapado a dicho fenómeno y ha dado vida a varios puñados de bandas en diferentes épocas que, sin embargo, nunca tuvieron un medio dedicado exclusivamente al stoner rock hecho en nuestro país, que uniera a las bandas y las acercara a sus fans. .... A partir de la iniciativa de Iván Nieblas, creamos la primera comunidad stoner virtual en México, con el objetivo de aglutinar y promover a todas esas bandas del territorio nacional, ubicadas a lo largo y ancho del país, sin tener un lugar dónde poder encontrarse con colegas y aliados del género; y a la vez pretendemos llevar su trabajo a los stonerheads mexicanos, con información precisa sobre los exponentes nacionales del género, con lo cual esperamos construir una sólida escena stoner mexicana y levantar nuestra voz con fuerza en el escenario stoner mundial. .... Este es un espacio para que los grupos indicados lleguen al público indicado... Esto no es otra escena típica de México... Su rock no es nuestro rock... We know stoner rock has been around for decades, with its deafening and thick riffs rocking the face of the earth. Mexico has not been free of its spell and has given birth and nurtured several bands through the years, nevertheless, they never had any media exclusively dedicated to the Mexico-made stoner rock, which would gather the bands and get them to their fans. .... Due to Ivan Nieblas' initiative, we’ve created the first Mexican stoner virtual community, with aims to congregate and promote all those bands spread around the country and who doesn’t have a place to meet with their genre’s peers and allies. A the same time, we pretend to show their work to the Mexican stonerheads, with up-to-date info of the bands and hopefully build a solid Mexican stoner scene and loudly rise our voice in the worldwide stoner scene. .... This is a site for the right bands to get to the right people... This is not your average rock scene... Their rock is not our rock... We like it heavy and we like it louder... Are you with us?
