Dwelling on the negative only contributes to its power

Life is a hard thing to explain. It is hard to know just where to start. It is full of ups. and full of downs. It is full of laughter and tears. There are many things which are so extraordinary. and some things which are not. There are Rays of hope. and moments of despair. There are times when we wish we were some one we are not. And moments when we are proud to be ourselves. Humans are like flowers. When we are travelling through a hard patch in our life- sometimes we feel hopeless. or pathetic. much like a seed. but if we focus on the negatives, we will never grow. never get anywhere. focus on the positives and you will go far. If you ask for help when you need it. You will stem. Just like a flower. Don't be AFRAID to ask for help. You will find your courage to grow. Friends and family care for you. Nurture you. I hope, that if you are going through a hard time you can find the courage to overcome what's hard for you. I hope you aren't afraid to ask for help. It doesn't make you weak. I hope that everyone can overcome the negatives in the situation and focus more on the positives. It is then that you will; grow and become the beautiful flower that you can and want to be.

My Name is Tara. My passion is helping others in tough moments, and trying to stay positive through the rough patches.

I love the word Aspiration. I think too much. A lot of the time. I work at St Anns Nursing home as a carer and at Woolies Newtown as a supervisor too! I love Performing. Plays are fun, but I LOVE musicals. I love my car. White Mitsubishi Mirage. Goodbye Lenny the laser. I have been to Vietnam and it was absolutely amazing. The best time. I love the little gobstopper lollies. Especially red and yellow ones together. I hate the sound of my own voice. I am obsessed with dvds but never have the time to watch them. I hate new and different situations and not knowing anyone when you first start something. But then you make friends. I want to be a psychologist and have my own business. I love being inspired and have been from many people throughout my life so far. I have secrets, as do we all. My best friend Josh is in Switzerland for a year, and it's hard. Joshie, Tak and Jackster are my three fav people. I hate rain but like listening to it when I'm in bed. I like to think positive but this doesn't always work. I am going to Europe in Nov. I am determined but not always motivated. I'm always rushing and always late. Welcome to my life. My fears are death, being tortured, waves, change and planes. I have road rage. I hate slow drivers. Because I am always in a rush. I hate traffic lights and road kill. I am always tired and subsequently addicted to redbull. It does work. I enjoy writing inspirational and meaningful words on a page and making people change their way of thinking. I hate negative attitudes and believe that everyone can be happy but we insist on making life complicated. I sing everywhere I walk. This is me!
