We are "Lower 13" a Metal/rock band based in Parma Ohio. Formed in 2006, we have been playing locally in the Cleveland music scene for about four years now and have played numerous venues such as Peabodys Down Under, The Jigsaw Saloon, The Phantasy, and the House of Blues to name a few. We Released our first 3 song demo in February of 2008 and have since recorded a full length album with producer Jason Vanek (Eternal Legacy) which is out now!!!
