    Après avoir été repérés par le producteur Ecossais très indépendant Peter Murray (Les Négresses Vertes, Elmer Food Beat, Zebda, Silmarils, Dolly), le groupe sort son premier album éponyme le 26 Octobre 2009 chez Murrayfield Music en distribution chez Discograph / Believe en CD, vinyl et numérique. Depuis, The Dodoz s'est créé une belle réputation live, très remarqué lors des partages de scène avec Stereophonics, Babyshambles, Franz Ferdinand et puis des Festivals tels que Solidays, Les Francofolies, Printemps de Bourges, Musilac, Paléo Festival, Art Rock, les Transmusicales de Rennes, Les Arènes de Nime, Inrocks Indie Club. Le 2ème album « Forever I Can Purr » est réalisé par Peter Murray. Il a été enregistré au Studio Véga à Carpentras et mixé par le Nord Irlandais Mike Crossey (Artic Monkeys, Foals, Razorlight, Kooks) dans son studio « The Motor Museum » à Liverpool. Les jumeaux Adrien (batterie) et Jules (guitare) avec Vincent (guitare) et la charismatique Géraldine à la voix lead et à la basse, ont été décrit par les British comme « Youth in it's purest form », traduction : «… la jeunesse dans sa forme la plus pure …» The 4 school pals from Toulouse in south west France have now played most of France's top festivals and have gigged alongside Franz Ferdinand, Babyshambles, Stereophonics, Siouxsie (on the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower….) to mention but a few. They have headlined more than a 100 gigs around France. The band's debut album "The Dodoz" (CD, vinyl, digital) was released in France, Belgium and Switzerland in October 2009. The French press has been unanimous in their praise for the The Dodoz, comparing them to the best of British indie rock. The second album "Forever I Can Purr" has been mixed by Mike Crossey at the Motor museum in Liverpool (Artic Monkeys, Foals, Razorlight, Kooks). Twins Adrien (drums) and Jules (guitar) with Vincent (guitar) and charismatic Géraldine on lead vocals & bass, have been described in the press as "…..youth in it's purest form…."
