The Manatawny Creek Ramblers began in the hills of Berks County Pennsylvania in 2004 as a traditional bluegrass band, a roots project of bandleader Daniel Bower(guitar/vocals). The Manatawny Creek Ramblers feature the greater Reading & Philadelphia area's best pickers including Michael Beaky, Josh Sceurman, Ted Fenstermacher, Brad Hinton, Joe D'amico, and more. Since 2004 the band has built a mixed repertoire of classic bluegrass tunes by the likes of Bill Monroe, Don Reno, The Stanley Brothers, Del McCoury and Flatt & Scruggs as well as an array of original material.
