    Current mood:happy

What is up, (insert your name here)!

How are you, (insert your name here)? Great I hope!
Me? I am doing pretty good myself!
I just wanted to let you know how epic this summer is going to be!
I am working on a real live website for TTTG and it will be up most likely in
the next few weeks! Exciting, no? And with the creation of this website brings with it a host of new things I will be birthing, including a novel (will be trying to get this published, and also prob posting PDF chapters of it), my own line of merch, and getting my band together and making some sweet tunes for you to groove to!
How does that sound to you, (insert your name here)? Epic, right?
    Yeah, I thought so too!

Let me know how epic you really think it is, and how epic your summer will be too!

Rock on, , (insert your name here), and God bless!

  • Miracle Sun (Artists Blog)

    Current mood:creative

Here are some artists that I really admire.
There work is amazing and you guys should check them out... artists need attention... or they go Van Gogh on themsleves... and that is not pretty... unless you're a freak
    (hehehe)

    Artists:
Christopher Cox (www.chagethethought.com) -this guy is a great inspiration, and his work is freakin awesome! I first found out about him because he made The Receiving End Of Sirens artwork for there first album "The Heart and the Synapse." His work is colorful, varied, strange, and just plain cool. Check it out.

Eric Thomas Bostrom (www.diversionmary.com) -if you like strange but amazing work with subtle colors mixed into beautifully demented creatures, then this is for you (I know its for me ^_^). He has a myspace too... check it out.

Drew Speziale (www.myspace.com/drewspeziale) -not only is he the lead singer of the epic indie harcord band Circle Takes The Square, he is also an epic artist! His work is crazy and dark... I love the texture he uses and the feeling he creates is sweet. He makes all the art for the band, and I got a sticker with some of his art from on of their shows. I also met him at that show too ^_^ he was a great guy, nice enough to take time to talk to us at the merch table before he went to play. Awesome. Go. Look. See. Now.

There are just a few of my favorite aritss... more in the future.
  • So I Went To Warped Tour Yesterday

and now I hurt... becuase of those stupid crowd surfers (mostly Paramore fans... i got kicked in the head who knows how many times.

We got there late so we mised As Cites Burn ( ; _ ; ) and we really wanted to see them (thanks to people who don't know how to drive)

But it still was an amazing day!

Coheed & Cambria and Circa Survive brought the freakin house down!!!! (there was no house there but you know what I mean... seriously they were awesome... only 30mins though >_<)
We had to wait through The Gallows, and Paramore to be up frront for Coheed, and Paramore is pretty good, but their fans are crazy... they crushed us.

Among others who made it great were: PlayRadioPlay (top performance there... I shook Dan's hand lol), The Almost (amazing), Haste the Day (so brutal I had to leave the front of the crowd to avoid being crushed), Scary Kids Scaring Kids (amazing, and their keyboardist is the coolest dude)

There were too many scene kids (sorry scene kids >_< but the style was every where, what happened to normal clothes???), too many drunk college losers, too many 14 year-olds(*cough* Paramore fans *cough*), too many just plain weirdos, and too many condom balloons thanks to the Trojan booth...
    every there litters... a lot...

    Pictures coming soon.

    !..! >_< !..! I did this a lot.

Go to it this year... or next... just do it... nike...
