  • Bio

First Band the new beatles then various punk bands before joining alternative TV in 1976, Played Bass on the first 3 ATV Singles. Left to play guitar and join the convent nuns and various other bands like the baby trio, image wot image before taking a break due to poor health. Session work with the 3 KP Sound .Re emmerges with ATV as the guitarist on 1998's revolution album more time off due to a broken arm and played CBGB's punk anniversary in 2001 with Tony Barber of the Buzzcocks on bass(top man and great times). And a short stint in a band called 'Loom' with Ashleigh Marsh and Charles Hayward drummer of This Heat. In 2006 with 5new songs on a 4trck demo recorded mixed and produced by Elwell (keyboardist/guitarist with Bert Shaft Orchestra and the legendary Brain of Morbius) started gigging with Sheila Stocking and guitarist/bassman Colin Maloney doing short acoustic sets. Sheila joined the excellent ParaFernalia(see below), Arnold Lane of 'Bucket' offered us his services on drums and despite my vow never to be in a full blown band again here we were. Gigs have come thick and fast with some ace shows including one at the Union Chapel for Core Arts which was videoed by our good friend Pete Smith(Bulbous Cabbages) and edited and put up on You Tube by Dave Eyre of VJFlickering Lights fame...... Check it out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQIPTFx_vks OCD currently working on recordings...and now with their own myspace (see below) with lots of demo's on it. Played a few excellent gigs with Sylvia Hallet and joined on bass and sax by James Gilbert.. Also done a ton of gigs this year with Paradise 9 and a real ace recording done at Steve Howes management studio great sound and out as EP etc Check it out on Paradise9 myspace. Also doing the Great South Run again this year, possibly a 1 mile swim in Lake Windermere Cumbria For the ALD LIFE charity http://www.justgiving.com/tyronethomas1/ ......Thanks to Voices of Experience for fund raising for ALD. • Some Bizzare Label

This meaning “Beyond the Pale” outside the bounds of acceptable behaviour came much later, as did good manners (the absence continues,)  the expectations of social behaviour on the side walk of entrapment, pavement face to face as opposed to safeguarding to shield - some bizarre protection. There is no avoiding the dirt of cart wheels. http://www.myspace.com/somebizarrerecords
