..We are ..UGLYMEN.. from Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia. We are average guys who are extremely passionate with HEAVY styled music. As long as the piece of music is rock, we'll dig it. We have day jobs to work, we got worries to stress us, we got bills to pay, we got daily problems to deal with and we simply can't survive on playing our kind of music. BUT, We have dreams - dreams to write and play our own kind of music - without worries and without boundaries. Without having to worry that no one likes our music. Without worry that we are not good looking enough to increase album sales, hence the name ..UGLYMEN... It doesn’t matter what colour or creed we are, or the different roads we have traveled or religions we follow, Labour Fest 2009 will be the place where all of us will become “rojak.”
Come and support these bands of different genres played by different races of people and show the rest of Malaysia what it is to be truly Malaysian!
