Without the proper coping resources, this can lead to both serious mental and physical health issues. The need to teach individuals coping and stress management techniques and to offer resources to improve their overall quality of life is the revelation from which Visions of Serenity was conceived! Visions of Serenity offers workshops that are constructed to help individuals identify sources of stress; while teaching them effective strategies to manage and alleviate those stresses. Each exercise is designed to take participants on a journey of self-expression, inner peace and serenity; and each workshop is tailor made to fit an organization's specific needs. In addition to our stress management workshops, we also offer our clients mobile spa services. In providing spa services, I wanted my company to utilize products that endorse relaxation, stress relief and promote an overall healthy life style. But not only that, I wanted to offer my clients quality products that they could use at home to sustain their sense of wellbeing between spa services. In my search, I had tested many different products, but I was very impressed with the Warm Spirits line. I have always been a firm believer that no one should offer products to their clients that they would not use themselves. Following that philosophy, I offer these products with no reservation.
