LOS ANGELES, CA - The Voyeurs are excited to announce the release of their music video for "The Night I Died" off their recently released album Well Known Drag. Shot in one day on a shoestring budget in Highland Park, the video explodes with color, fun, and performance, dutifully capturing the spirit and energy of both seeing The Voyeurs live performance as well as their studio recordings. Playing with time and perspective it's certain that you will want to watch the video more than once. The Voyeurs celebrated the release of the video at their South Bay record release show on April 4 at The Comic Bug.

    ABOUT THE DIRECTOR:
In the last year Benjamin Gauvain Hoste has made a name for himself in the Silverlake music scene as one of the best concert photographers shooting countless numbers of both local, national, and international acts as they've based through Los Angeles. He most recently had a gallery showing of his work which included performances by many of Silverlake's top bands such as Le Switch, The Movies, and of course The Voyeurs. He celebrates his directorial debut with the video for "The Night I Died" and aims to direct a few more videos for Los Angeles in 2009.

    ABOUT THE VOYEURS:
The southern California based indie rock outfit featuring Jonathan Hylander (Guitar/Keys/Vox) and Sean Johnson (Drums, Vox) rose from the ashes of the now defunct pulse-pounding rock act E>K>U>K. They recently released their 10 track debut album Well Known Drag on beautiful, transparent green vinyl on Otik Records as well as digitally on JAXART Records.
