    Nicholas Alan Taylor passed away at 1:50 a.m., Thursday, April 22, 2010 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale in Carbondale, IL.


    He was the infant son of Paul Taylor, Jr. and Brandi Leadingham Taylor. He is survived by his parents: Paul Taylor, Jr. and Brandi Leadingham Taylor of West Frankfort; Maternal grandparents: Wendy and William Trout of Galatia, Michael Jarvis of Zeigler; Paternal grandparents: David and Sharon Taylor of West Frankfort; Paternal great-grandparents: Floyd and Mary Viernum of Benton, Gracie Taylor of West Frankfort; Maternal great grandparents:  Cheryl and G. Gordon Veteto of Thompsonville, Freda and Ted Kinkade of Golconda, Kenny and Jackie Jarvis of Herrin; Maternal great-great-grandmother: Doris Leadingham of Cabery, Illinois: Aunts:  Jennifer Leadingham of Galatia, Holly Trout of Broughton, Amy Taylor of West Frankfort, Carrie Obrecht of Benton; Uncles:  Joshua Leadingham of Thompsonville, Derrick Jarvis of Paulton, Jesse Trout of Broughton. 


    Nicholas is preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather: Paul Leadingham; maternal great-great-grandfather: Noah Leadingham; paternal great-grandfather: Jack Taylor.


    Private family funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 25, 2010 at Union Funeral Home in West Frankfort with Pastor Donnie Colson officiating. Private visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be at Denning Cemetery in West Frankfort.   There will be a meal served at the Masonic Lodge in West Frankfort immediately following the services.


    In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made "In memory of Nicholas."

        i am so so sorry brandi and paul....i know no words could ever make it better for you.. but just know i am always here for you and love you bunches forever..i know this is not very comforting but nicholas will be with jack together they will stir up some trouble in heaven...God bless them always and you too.....

    Richard Dale Dulitus, 67, of Zeigler, Illinois passed away at 11:55 p.m., Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at Herrin Hospital.

    Richard was born February 24, 1941 in Zeigler to Tony and Zelma (Teffertiller) Dulitus.

    He married Carolyn Lucille Carpenter, June 28, 1962 in Zeigler. She survives in Zeigler.

    He is also survived by a son, Richard Dale Dulitus, Jr. of Zeigler; a daughter, Darla Fay Dulitus of Royalton; a sister, Jacqueline Dulitus and a granddaughter, Amanda Nauman all of Zeigler.

    He was preceded in death by his father; his mother, Zelma Dulitus Sandefur; his Dad, who raised him William Thomas Sandefur and a brother, Tommy Sandefur.

    Mr. Dulitus retired from Old Ben Number 26 Mine in Sesser in 1996 and was a member of the UMWA Local Union 9111. He had attended the First Apostolic Church in Zeigler.

    Funeral services for Mr. Dulitus will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Vantrease Funeral Home in Zeigler with Brother John Snell officiating. Burial will be at the Zeigler Cemetery. Visiting hours are from 5 to 8:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.

    Memorial contributions in memory of Mr. Dulitus may be made to First Apostolic Church or Zeigler Cemetery Association.
