BIOGRAPHIE DU GROUPE XIIRA DJIBERI FILY KONATE est né en 1965 à Sakaradji Jahfounou au Mali. Artiste militant, engagé, sa musique résonne aux rythmes marqués par la culture africaine. Ancien berger, il est toujours resté égal à lui-même. Il n'est pas un homme corrompu. Ses chansons sont une invitation au voyage dans le temps, dans le passé de l'Afrique, et également elles fait naître une réflexion sur la paix et l'unité africaine. L'homme est décédé en janvier 2007,mystérieusement,dans un lac nommé Toya, au nord-ouest du Mali. Ces frères ont décidé de continuer le travailles et produire l'album "Séhé wouré séssé" en autoproduction. Il chante en langue Soninké, dialecte parlé aussi bien au Mali qu'en Mauritanie, au Sénégal, en Gambie et en Côte d'Ivoire.
